By using DocAI Hub, BizLegal AI, or CryptoScan AI (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Description of Services
DorInnovations provides AI-powered document analysis services. The Services use large language models to identify potential risks, red flags, and missing clauses in uploaded documents. Output is for informational purposes only.
2. Not Legal or Financial Advice
The Services do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a securities law opinion. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the Services. You should not act or refrain from acting based on any analysis provided without first consulting a licensed attorney or qualified financial professional.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents containing third-party confidential information without authorization.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
- Resell or redistribute scan results without written permission.
4. Payments and Refunds
Scan fees are charged per report. All sales are final. If a technical error prevents delivery of your report, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated analysis.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, their design, and underlying technology are owned by DorInnovations. You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process uploaded documents solely for the purpose of delivering your scan results.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI SYSTEMS CAN AND DO MAKE ERRORS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DORINNOVATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SCAN AT ISSUE.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in New York courts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
