DorInnovations ("we," "our," or "us") operates DocAI Hub and its sub-products including BizLegal AI and CryptoScan AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

• Email address — required to deliver your scan results and for payment confirmation.
• Uploaded documents — files you upload for analysis. Document content is processed by Claude AI (Anthropic) and is not stored beyond the analysis session.
• Payment data — processed by NOWPayments or PayPal. We do not store card numbers or wallet keys.
• Usage data — basic analytics (page views, scan counts) collected without personal identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform AI document analysis and deliver results.
• To process payments and confirm access to full reports.
• To send your scan report to your email address.
• To improve our AI models and service quality (aggregated, anonymized only).

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes document content for analysis. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Supabase — database hosting for scan results. Data stored in the US.
• NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing.
• Vercel — application hosting and deployment.

4. Data Retention

Scan results are retained for 90 days to allow you to access your report. After 90 days, scan data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@bizlegal-ai.com.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted via row-level security. Payment data never touches our servers — it flows directly to our payment processors.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
