How accurate is DocAI compared to a human attorney?
DocAI is software that flags contract risk and drafts language; it does not give a legal opinion. Each flagged clause comes with the contract line it rests on and the citation behind it, so you can check every claim against the document. For a binding opinion in your jurisdiction, take the result to your own counsel before signing.
Do you store my contracts?
DocAI does not keep the text of your contract. The text is sent to our AI model provider to produce the analysis, and DocAI stores a scan record: your email, the file name, the contract type, the risk score, the payment status and the findings, which quote the clauses they flag. A scan record is deleted automatically 90 days after its last update. To have yours deleted sooner, email [email protected].
Which jurisdictions and frameworks does DocAI cover?
Contract generation is tuned for cross-border commercial work, primarily New York + DIFC + EU-MS, with a generic commercial fallback. Risk scans cite GDPR, CCPA-CPRA, US state privacy law, HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, and EU SCCs. Our SQA + DPA agents speak SOC 2, CAIQ, SIG-Lite, NIST, GDPR Art 28, and EU SCC fluently.
What does the gated report unlock vs the free preview?

What if I need a refund?
Delivered one-time reports are non-refundable, with two exceptions we honour in full: a damaged delivery, or demonstrably defective output (wrong document, wrong framework, or a factual error confirmed against the cited sources). We redeliver first; if the corrected output still fails, we refund in full. Orders not yet started can be cancelled for a full refund. The full policy lives at /refund.
How is DocAI different from a general-purpose AI chatbot?
Three things a general-purpose chatbot does not do: (1) every flag quotes the exact contract language it refers to, so you can check it against the document; (2) on Conductor plans, drafts wait in a review queue until someone on your team approves them; (3) the gated report ties every red flag to a remediation template you can generate next. It is a starting point for review, not legal advice.
