Important information about the nature of our services and limitations of use.

⚠️ CRITICAL: Not Legal Advice

BizLegal AI is a legal intelligence platform, not a law firm. Our services provide information, analysis, and document templates — they do NOT constitute legal advice. You should consult with a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before making any legal decisions or executing any documents.

No Attorney-Client Privilege

Using BizLegal AI does not create an attorney-client relationship. Communications with our platform are not protected by attorney-client privilege. We are a technology company, not your legal counsel.

Our founding attorney's 20+ years of experience informs our AI models and templates, but this does not mean you are receiving personalized legal advice from that attorney or any attorney employed by or affiliated with BizLegal AI.

If you require legal advice specific to your situation, you must engage qualified legal counsel licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. We can provide referrals to law firms upon request, but we make no warranties about their services.

Document Limitations

All templates and documents provided through BizLegal AI are for informational and educational purposes only. They are starting points, not finished legal instruments ready for execution.

Our templates are drafted based on New York commercial law principles and general international commercial practice. They may not be suitable for your specific jurisdiction, industry, or transaction without modification by qualified counsel.

Laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. A template that is appropriate for one transaction may be wholly unsuitable for another, even if the transactions appear similar. You are solely responsible for ensuring any document you execute is appropriate for your specific circumstances and complies with all applicable laws.

AI Analysis Limitations

Our AI-powered analysis tools provide intelligence, not legal conclusions. Risk scores, clause identifications, and compliance assessments are generated by machine learning models trained on historical documents and legal expertise — they are not legal opinions.

Our AI may miss risks, may flag non-issues as risks, and may provide analysis that would differ from what a qualified attorney would provide. The AI's training data, while extensive, is not comprehensive and may not reflect the most current laws, regulations, or market practices.

Never rely solely on AI analysis for high-value or high-risk transactions. Always have important contracts reviewed by qualified legal counsel before execution.

Compliance Information

Our regulatory compliance tools provide general information about VARA, DIFC, ADGM, and other regulatory frameworks — they do not constitute compliance certification or legal advice.

Regulatory frameworks, especially in emerging areas like cryptocurrency and virtual assets, change frequently. Our compliance information may not reflect the most recent regulatory developments. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant regulatory authorities or qualified counsel.

BizLegal AI does not represent that our tools will ensure compliance with any law or regulation. Compliance depends on many factors specific to your business, jurisdiction, and circumstances that our tools cannot fully assess.

Service Disclaimer

BizLegal AI provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizLegal AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Legal liabilities, fines, or penalties incurred from using our templates or analysis
• Costs of obtaining substitute services or correcting errors
• Data loss or corruption
• Any other damages arising from reliance on our services

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to BizLegal AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 if you used our free services.

Multi-Jurisdiction Considerations

BizLegal AI provides information about multiple jurisdictions, but we are not licensed to practice law in all jurisdictions. Our founding attorney is licensed in New York and registered with DIFC and ADGM, but may not be licensed in your jurisdiction.

Laws vary significantly between jurisdictions. A document or analysis that is appropriate for New York may be wholly unsuitable for the UK, EU, UAE, or other jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring any document or action complies with the laws of your specific jurisdiction.

If your transaction involves multiple jurisdictions, you should seek counsel qualified in each relevant jurisdiction. Our multi-jurisdiction information is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice for any specific jurisdiction.
